BIOUPPER ELEVATOR PITCH

This year the BioUpper Elevator Pitch - which will take place at the Cariplo Factory - will see the competition between the 17 teams which participated in the Training Week , seven days of lessons dedicated to the creation of business models and development plans, to the techniques of presentation of projects to investors and to debating workshops and meetings with business angels.

The challenge for the teams will be to present and sell in the best possible way their idea in order to convince - in just 12 minutes (6 minutes for the presentation and 6 minutes for the Q&A session) - the jury, which is composed of representatives of the business, Research, financial and institutional sectors, active in the development of new ventures and experts in the areas of support to entrepreneurship.

Throughout the day, the members of the jury will evaluate the 17 ideas, in order to select the best ten, which will access the acceleration phase (Acceleration Program) from January 26 to April 6, 2016, after which 3 winning team will be chosen, each of which will receive an economic contribution of € 50,000.
